OD will work when cold 200

It sounds to me like the o-rings inside the OD have worn and when the oil gets hot and thin there isn't enough pressure to make the OD shift. You might try draining the OD and Trans and putting in fresh oil, type F or better yet, Redline MTL. The OD may need a rebuild. Maybe Duane will add his wisdom to this question.
