Anyone Know what Timing Degree Marks are on the fly wheel...B16B 444-544 1961

I found the opening on the bell housing and I can see markings when using a timing gun but the marking are not clear, looks like probably set for 12 degrees.
Can anyone tell me what Marks are stamped on the fly wheel so I can have a better idea where to start......
VolvoWorld.com says the timing should be set to 21 degrees.....
Thanks in advance....
Vince
