Multiple 240 problems 200 1976

I have a 1976 244 with several problems. How can I repair the door switch for the dome light. Where can I get a new door switch?

I think I need to clean out my fuel tank. (Since replacing the injectors a few months ago, I've had them cleaned twice and replaced the fuel filter.) Any suggestions on how to do this?

The window on front passenger side won't roll all the way up. Without tearing the door apart, what parts usually go bad?

I looked up on the NHTSA recall database and found some recalls for my 1976 244. I am the third owner and none of the recalls have been corrected yet. The recalls include: 1. Fuel tank assembly pipe filler neck (needs pressure control valve & baffle in fuel filler neck); 2. Suspension - Independent front control arm, lower ball joint; 3. Steering - gear rack; 4. Fuel tank assembly. I went to my local Volvo dealer and they said they would make the repairs if they could find the parts. They say they can't find the parts. Any ideas on these recalls?
