HHHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP. My Volvo had to have the ignition module replaced. After putting in a new one, also a new alternator and battery it will not start.We are getting fire, the fuel is making it to the fuel filter. It has started 1X, the idle was very low. We adjusted it up. After getting warm, the idle came up a little bit. I have checked the fuel relay, it is good. Want to check the fuel pump in the tank. Cannot get through to the fuel tank. Please supply some helpful information. There is a hard rubber mat in the bottom of compartment over tank. Do I drop tank or what? Is there anything else I should check after I get to the fuel pump?
