740t 1989 several little problems.(mitsubishi turbo set up.) 900 1989

First problem, the two lines coming out of were you screw in the oil filter (i think their turbo return lines?) they are leaking oil. or it looks as though oil is leaking from there.
Second, my car is leaking anti freeze and it pools up ontop of the water pump behind the belt.
Third, my car won't start the plugs are a year old cap rotor and wires the same. I checked the relay to the fuel pump and you can feel it switch on (snap). I also check to listen for the fuel pump to come on before i start the car and here nothing, and after trying to start my car a few times i didn't smell gas. If i had fouled my plugs normaly you would smell gas but since my plugs are good and i don't smell any gas i am figuring it must be the fuel pump.
Last question does a 900 series have more or less the same set up as 700 series. I only ask this because when you turn on the car (not start) you can here the fuel pump priming the engine.

Thanks for the help your humble volvo owner
