You didn't specify the year, but I assume pre-OD. Is your main objection the skinny shaft or the shiny hard plastic knob? If it's the knob you can get the "soft" vinyl like shift knobs that don't have an OD switch cutout. If you want the plastic shrouded shaft I suppose you could put in a shifter assembly from a later 240 and you could use the OD switch for your nitrous activation!!! ;-)
