All 700's paint 700

In my expereince the only fix is a repaint. And of course, this seems to happen to all Volvo paint that's clear coated. Both my silver 86 and 87 240s were like this, and the 88 has some going on too. THe 91 is thankfully not showing it yet but I'm sure it will soon enough.
