240 gives annoying rear clunk when braking 200

My 1990 wagon has been giving me an annoying clunking noise sometimes when I apply the brakes.

I have taken a pretty good look at my calipers, rotors, and pads and dont suspect them to be the problem.

I have also pulled the emergency brake while moving and cannot reproduce the sound.

So I am stumped. What I would like to do is to get the thing jacked up and recreate the sound so I can see exactly what is happening but I have not yet been successful in doing so.

Any suggestions as to what to look for? Please advise. Thank you.
