Volvo Shop Manuals come in sections/groupings. So the answer is if you buy the particular electrical section for your car you get the wiring diagrams but if you order just let say suspension you don't get them. There is no one large book covering your whole car. Come on, Volvo wouldn't work this way ;)

The FAQ has info on online green book purchases or call Volvo NA using the toll free number.
