Anyone had a melted fuel pump relay? 200

My car would not start this morning, and I traced it to no fuel pressure. I checked the fuse and swapped in a spare relay. It turned out to be a loose connection under the back seat, but I noticed the housing of my original relay was melted, and so was the connecter on the wiring harness (on the red/yellow wire). The circuit board inside has a black char mark around one of the solder points. This relay still works fine, aside from the fact that it looks like it was pretty close to catching fire at one time. Is there anything I should be checking?
