Found R-cam in my donor 140-160

Hello everyone,
I took my donor engine apart today, everything seems to be in tip top shape except for the bore. (the head is missing so it has some rust.)
Inside, it has a R cam ... and all seem to be in pretty good shape. Since I am gonna rebuild my current engine, should I put this cam in and see how she goes? I'm scared I'll lose my bottom-end, since I live in Bangkok and need the torque to propel this stop-go traffic... any thoughts anyone?
Oh and what sort of power should I expect from this cam... the head is ported, it's a B20B .03 over... with EFI with 2 1/2 inch exhaust. And what kind of power band?
