'92 Honda Accord VS. '83 Volvo 242DL

...question for everyone....I own an '83 240 DL, 101K miles, no rust, well cared for with all regular maintenance. I have the opportunity to buy an '92 Honda Accord EX with 85K miles from a family friend. The accord has had all service done at the Honda dealer and the owner is meticulous. Price...around $5250. I have always worked on my own cars but now have no time anymore to tinker. I am wondering, would it be best to keep the Volvo and just plan on taking it to the dealer (or competent mechanic) or sell the Volvo and buy the Accord, again with all service done at the dealer? In other words, which car is likely to be the least trouble over the course of the next 3-7 years? Also, any opinions on safety regarding these cars: Volvo..no airbag...but still a Volvo. Honda...driver airbag...but not a Volvo. Thanks for everyone's input.
