Vibration, Shudder, Noise from AW 03-71L 900 1993

Background: I'm a newbie to the net and 900 series, but have 40 years with 122, 144, several 240s and one 260, in which I did a Converse 5.0 installation 6 years ago, and just sold. Which brings me to the 940. It's NA, 128k miles, IPD front bushings (Polys on radius rod front ), new Tran Mount, new cat-back Starla. Tran flush via return line. Had it since March.

I think this symptom came on in the past week or two (after replacing exhaust, but don't think there's a connection ). It' s VERY noticeable when holding with brake and moving from neutral either way. There is also a bit of a lurch as the tran fights the brake, but normal (I think). I mean it shudders so any loose heat shields etc. really start singing. Never felt anything like it with the Ford AOD.

I went thru the 900 FQ pretty well but didn't see anything similar. On the road I also think it's less than smooth, but new tires are a bit buzzy. Plus I'm getting paranoid now. So here I am. Is the Tranny on the way out? Should I postpone any long trips? Start thinking transplant?

P.S. B230F with AW 03-71L doesn't match 900 FAQ Table, but that's what it is.
