Go to the site mentioned in another response that lists the gear for $25. My 89 240 odom stopped working a couple of months ago. Ordered the gear, did a little research on the internet (lots of good links on the gear dude's site), and in less than 2 hours, I had mine working again. If you've pulled the instrument cluster before, and are somewhat careful, the repair should be a breeze. good luck.
