Hi,

lay on your back under the front bumper and look up how the black bumper(trim) is attached to the real aluminium front bumper.
It is done by 8 screws or so, evenly spaced along the bumper.
You can remove 2 of them and install there the fog lights, under the main lights

I did this, looks excellent.

you don' t need to make extra holes!!
