Hinge question 200

On my front door hinges both of the oblong springs that hold the doors open are broken, so the doors just swing freely and won't stay open, which can be a hassle if you're unloading stuff. Can I replace those springs, or do I have to replace the whole hinge? And if I have to replace the hinge, what years should I look for at the junk yard to replace the hinges on an 88 240DL? Are the front different than the back?
