HELP! PLEASE! 700 1991

Without warning, my 744 non-turbo has decided not to start. There is no spark at the plugs and no fuel entering the cylinder. Fuel inj relay is new. Also confirmed it by switching leads with fan relay, also new.
Fuel is issuing from the back side of the FPR. By back side, I mean it is shooting towards the windshield. Fuel is not issuing from the fuel hose that connects to that side of the FPR as it should. With new FPR it does the same thing. Also confirmed timing belt is still in one piece and is turning the camshaft.
I do hear the fuel pump buzz as I turn on the ignition.
Are their multiple problems here or am I just overlooking something?
I'm desperate to get this car back on the road.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Jerry
