Ferrying cars from U.S. to Europe 200

I'm considering a driving trip of Europe, the Mediterranean countries for sure and maybe a Swedish pilgrimage or some sort, and would probably prefer to drive my brick rather than rent. What options are out there for transporting a car from the east coast to the European continent? Is there a ferry that takes both boats and people?
