Shift lever lock on automatic; where 200

I'm not sure if this went on the board without text or not, so here is the text in case I messed up the first time. I apologize for cluttering the board.

The problem:

Where is the switch that controls the solonoid that locks the shift lever on my 91_240 with automatic?

I can release the solonoid with the lever inside the shift lever console.

I used to hear the 'click' when I stepped on the brake that was the shifter lock solonoid releasing.

I no longer hear the 'click' & the shift lever is not unlocked unless I do it manually.

I have looked in both Chilton's and Hanynes books. Those books do not even mention the shift lever lock solonoid. I do not have a Bentley book.

I have pulled the covers off the bottom of the dash looking for a switch on the brake pedal. There was none that I could find.

Any suggestions, ideas or obscure knowledge?

Thanks in advance
