87-740 condenser cooling fan operation?

Some confusion here.
The electric fan in your car only comes on when the coolant temperature in the radiator is quite high(~95C); it's not a "condensor cooling fan", per se, nor does it have any connection to the A/C.
The connection to the ignition computer is NOT a power source, it's the other way around; when the fan is energised, the timing at idle is advanced 10 degrees.
There is no "idle advance relay".
