960 wheels on 740 Turbo 700

I bought a beautiful set of chrome 960 wheels to go on the 740 I aquired from my mother.

I have read that the offset is different on the 960 wheels...43mm vs 25.
Are the spacers readily available?
Is it necessary to install longer lug nuts?
Should I just sell the wheels and start over?

I appreciate any advise on this. I've never had to deal with wheel fit issues!
