IPD Equipment Questions 200

I have a few questions on stuff IPD sells. So if anyone has bought any of these items, these questions are for YOU!

1) The rear cam seal metal retainer metal plate they sell to prevent surprise seal blowouts. Anyone on here ever bought one? Used it? Worthwhile? Or just the suspected cause of an oil pressure failure at the next most vulnerable point in the engine?

2) To tighten up the ride a bit, I am gonna go for the strut plate reinforcements they sell, the upper strut "cherry turbo" braces (tower to firewall), the tower-to-tower cross-brace and one of the two underside brace options. On that last bit, I can't tell the difference between the "lower tie bars" (two single metal bars, running back to front, versus the "lower chassis braces" (similar to above but with a cross piece running left to right). Does anyone have any opinions as to which is better?

3) Anti-sway bars. I'm presuming my wagon already has anti-sway bars, both fore and aft, and that the IPD ones are simply a useful shade bigger. True? False?

4) Poly bushings - worth it or no?

If I'm going to go this far, I might decide to go whole-hog. Keeping in mind that my car is not a turbo, and that I'd like to keep a strictly stock appearance on the outside, does anyone have any opinions

- on the overload vs. sport spring options?
- on the performance camshaft and/or gear kit?
- Bilstein vs. Boge vs. Koni?

TIA
