In a previous post I complained that only the pressure part of my APC was working, time for an update. After reading somewhere that stacking a flat top (Saab) sensor and a bevel top (Volvo) sensor wouldn't work, I bought a new bevel top (not the same part#) and tried again. I also found out that unlike the other two potentiometers the K pot decreases knock sensativity when turned clockwise. The P and F pots increase their respective function when turned clockwise. Anyhow with the K pot almost at max clockwise, I am able to attain the boost that I had dialed in with the P pot (12#). I purchased a couple gallons of regular (87octane) and the boost is a bit lower so the knock sensor function seems to be working. I reconnected the rpm/coil wire and still obtain my 12# but it tapers off at high rpm. I probably need to turn the K pot back some more to make sure the knock sensativity is correct and then start fooling with the F pot which I understand controls the WOT/high rpm boost. I can't really tell if it was the new knock sensor or not but WTH the money is already spent. Thanks for everyone's input, I'll keep you posted.
