I dont know how to describe this problem 700

Aye,
I considered the hall sensor, but I was under the impression that if it was bad then it would result in a a nostart situation. The car starts, but it doesnt run well. Are there other vacuum leaks that I should check for besides the turbo hoses? I've looked and listened at all the hoses and while old, all seem to check out ok.

Would the turbo hoes cause it to run rough all the time (really rough, like on three cylinder)or just under boost?

I checked the FPR, its working correctly.

Also, I took off the kick panal under the steering wheel off and a little black box with four wires coming out of it dropped down and I couldnt find where it had formerly been attached to. Thanks for your help.
