Rear end noise (wawawawawa noise)

I lowered my front end 2.5" and left the rear stock about 2 months ago to give the car a more agressive stance. It wasnt imediate but at about 1 month afterwards i got a noise coming now from the back end it is a A high RRR RRR RR/wawawawawa noise its hard to explain and its beening bugging me for about 2 weeks.. Even at 60MPH it can be heard. I got new brakes in January. AT higher speeds the sound is faster and at slower speeds it is slower... What is it?? Also since i lowered the front end 3" should i get a wheel alignment?? it doesnt appear to need one... Thanks
