Late shift 1st to 2nd when engine is cold 900 1993

Since my last postings, I have changed the transmission fluid and get my mechanics to adjust the kick down cable but unfortunately the same problem persist. Basically, the 1st gear shift is not shift to the second even after 1km with the rpm reaching 4,500. I have resolved to using the 2nd gear (automation tranmission) for the first 0.3km before moving the gear to D and the gear will then function normally. Happens only the initial difficulty and thereafter the tranmission will behave normally. How do I fix it?
