Car not firing up? 200

As of late, my 1986 245 DL has not been starting. I have confirmed power at the fuse in the engine bay, the fuel relay, the fuse panel, and both fuel pumps. Both pumps operate when they should and both pump fuel. When I take a spark plug out just after cranking the engine it does appear to have fuel on it .. though I am not sure if it is enough. I have confirmed a spark at all plugs.

I am curious, is there anything else that controls the amount of fuel that is injected into the cylinders? Could my fuel pressure be too low to provide enough fuel in the cylinders? Any other ideas on this no start problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

Greg
