OK, I know the board is all about problems and solutions, but I just had to shout this out to someone who would understand.

My Air Conditioning Works!

Bit o' backround...the car has been in my extended family for 22 years. I've had my eye on it for a long time and finally aquired it last January. She sat unused and outside for 8 years and had many "issues" which I've been dealing since driving her home. Now that she's running well and back on the road...and it's freakin' hot out this week...I thought I'd give the air a charge and hope I'd get lucky.

So far, so good. We charged it this morning (OMG!!! that sh*t's expensive!!!) and it's been blowin' cold all day. I know just a few hours is not a good test, it may fail tomorrow or ten years from now, no one knows, but right now it works, blows icy cold and it's hot outside.
