Odd question - Where to locate a Police bumper Ram? 700

I was just looking at the 1st page of the gallery and saw what looked like a S70 police sedan with a ram on it.

My crazy question is where would I be able to buy one of those for a non police issue 740. I ask as I am looking for a way to better distribute a frontal collision force in case of an accident. As stupid as it sounds, I have been driving up north on undivided highways in large truck country and want to have a better chance in case of an accident with these larger vehicles (the ram also catches the higher bumpers that are found on trucks before they ride up on the hood of the dwarfed Volvo).

However, F=ma and that there are limits imposed by the laws of Physics. Maybe this is a moot point considering that my car weighs in at 3100 lbs and the larger trucks in the area are those 5000lbs pick up / SUVs. Am I barking up the wrong tree - what are your thoughts?

Thanks for entertaining this question and as usual thanks in advance.

Tim.
