No, it sure is WWW.GCP.SE and is a Swedish company called Genuine Classic Parts. Tried it again now, and it works. If it does not work via your ISP, ask them why. Perhaps it is blocked for some kind of parental control, or do you have parental control software on your PC? Not that there is anything x-rated on the site, but perhaps the parental control software gets confused with Swedish? It is a great site, even just for "obtaining" the parts manual. Hope you get it sorted out.
