vov help agian, Chris 900

Still not clear exactly where the vov value is. Im having the condenser replaced on tuesday and received the vov today. I want to make sure the mechanic knows where to replace the thing. Is it part of the condenser lines? Or is it inside the firewall lines. Sorry for being a nitwit Chris.
