The breather box is a little hard to get to, but its not too bad if you remove the air intake hose/throttle body to open up an access path. The 2 bolts you mention hold it on. Depending on the model/year you can remove them with a 13mm (??) wrench from the side, or a socket with a 6" extension from above (between the intake manifold "fingers"). Sometimes there is a clamp supporting a cable on the box that also needs to be removed. The box lifts straight up. It has a lip on the bottom that fits into one of the holes on the block so you have to pull it up 3/4 inch or so before it comes free. No mess, just a little tricky reaching it. If its plugged up there is no good way to clean it out as it is all sealed. Read the 700/900 FAQ section on crancase ventilation. Lots of good info and tips on how to do this (the 700/900 design is very similar to the 200). Parts are relatively cheap from FCP Groton and others. Maybe $35 for a new breather box and another $5 for new flametrap nipple, flametrap and the little hose that goes from the flametrap to the breather box. Check the condition of the two hoses that connect to the top of the flametrap as these tend to get plugged or cracked eventually. Also, remove the little brass nipple that is threaded into the intake manifold that connects to the small hose. If it is plugged up you can clean it by pushing a small drill bit through it. I foolishly neglected the flametrap on my old 240 for years and suffered some alarming "incidents" as a result.
Hope this helps.
