Cold Start Stall...3 times...then she's fine? 200

In reference to the check valve- I think that if you manually jumper the two fuses in the fuse block that are responsible for the intank pump and the main pump and allow them to build pressure before attempting to start the car you can produce the situation that a good check valve would give you. In other words run the pumps to bring it up to pressure and if it starts and runs normally you can change the check valve. Of course I am only guessing but I don't think this sounds like a bad check valve. I'm sorry I don't have any other suggestions to help diagnose the problem.
