When it rains, it pours... Now It's Power Windows!!! 200 1984

Okay, got in Olga this morning, started her up and put down the windows... Ok, just three... The rear passenger side didn't want to open, either from the drivers switch or it's own switch. Clicked the window lock button over, and tried again. Nothing. Actually, none of the windows would work. Clicked it over to the opposite side. Still nothing. Tried a hundred times from both positions (hollow circle and full circle) and not a single window will move. Whas up wit dat? All fuses look good. Is there a relay somewhere? A common problem area? Any clues?
