When it rains, it pours... Now It's Power Windows!!! 200 1984

Power windows, aka electric window lifts, use two fuses. #12 supplies power to the lift motors via the relay, and #10 supplies power that is used to close the relay.

According to the Volvo 1984 240 Wiring Diagram Manual, #10 does not power anything else. Check for a good fuse and for voltage there.

The relay is clipped to a rail that runs across the dash behind the coin tray and below the center air vents. It is a cube-shaped type, SPST, so it should be easy to have a known good spare on hand to swap in.
