Any more Ideas for my 86 240 no start? 200

Just another shot from the hip but how about a large vacuum leak? Perhaps a torn intake hose or bad brake booster hose. I suggest this because once after doing some work on one of my cars I had the same symptoms and it was because I had partially dislodged the intake hose from the throttle body.

Have you tried spraying starting fluid into the intake to see if the behavior changes for a short time. If you gave it a good shot of fluid and it started and ran until the fluid was used you would know you have a fuel delivery problem. Although I see you suspect too much fuel as a problem.

It is not difficult to make a fuel pressure gauge if you can put your hands on a LH fuel rail connector from the recycler. I have included the image that shows how that is done. This type of setup can be dangerous due to the fuel pressure and opening/closing the connectors. I would only work outside with it and have a good fire extinguisher at the ready.
