timing sprockects ???????? are they lined up???????? 700

Folks ,is there a way to tell if the bottom crank sprocket is lined up without having to take the bottom part of cover off. I just want to be certain that all the sprocket marks are lined up as I am having HUGE rough idleing and no bottom end after having by timing belt changed.
