'89 V240 B230F Exhaust Kit & Labor Hours 200 1989

Good morning guys,

Got an 89 240 B230F with 236,000 mi. It needs exhaust from behind the cat.

Last year, I replaced the header pipe (~220,000 original mile, 13 yr life).

QUESTION -1
Where can I get the best deal (& how much $$$) on a complete exhaust system kit starting from behind the catalytic converter? I am asking for

QUESTION -2
I've noticed that many of the exhast system kits come with a '76 crossover axle pipe. What does that mean to my '89 B230F?

QUESTION -3
How many labor hours does the dealer maintenance manual say should be charged for the replacing from behind the cat to the tail pipe

QUESTION -4
How long does it really take to install a new kit from the cat (exldg cat) to the tail pipe (all widgets included)? (1 Hr, 1.5 Hr, 2 Hr ???) Seriously, a hacksaw and a drill and 15 minutes later, the old section is off. Right? So how much more time to mount the replacement?

Thanks in advance.
