Nessin Radiator fir 940s? 900

Anyone able to successfully install Nessin Volvo radiator to 940 Wagon?

I was told that this model radiator should fit all Volvos. I installed the same model radiator to Volvo 740 three years ago, and it was almost direct fit.

Over the weekend, when I tried to install this radiator to Volvo 940 Wagon, I found two problems:
1. The radiator is smaller than OE. I have 6 - 8 inches of side gap.
The mounting the OE fan would require drilling holes to the fan cover. Upper radator hose would not fit.

2. Transmission cooling line fitting does not go into the radiator thread.

I can work around the first problem, it is nothing more than cutting the uppser hose and drilling several screw mounting holes into the fan cover. But I am stumped on the second one. Could this problem be worked around? Has anyone run into the same problem with this radiator?
