Rear Tail light 200 1990

I have a 1990 -240.
The drivers side tail light is giving me a problem. When the head lights/tail lights are off and I depress the brake pedal everything works fine and brake lights come on.

However when the head lights/tail lights are on, the drivers side brake light illuminates too stays on and is not affected by pressure on the brake pedal.

I replaced all lights and installed a new circuit board, but nothing works.

Any suggestions out there?
