Drive shaft/Rear end question 200

Hi all,
I was wondering, if the driveshaft is indexed/ballenced, than how would one swap out the rearend, and still have the driveshaft in faze, after the replacement rearend has been installed?

The only thing, I can think of would be to pull the driveshaft along with the replacement rearend. Witch led me to think about the transmission end of the driveshaft and what to do about that.

Just stumped on this. Thanks for any info on this.
