1965 122S for sale 120-130

There is a 1965 122S for sale in town. I looked at it but decided I didn't want it. It runs well, but has problems - body damage on front and sides, rust in rear floor and lower body, missing some trim, has custom steering wheel, needs new suspension bushings, etc.
It does have new tires, has original hupcaps, many new parts for brakes, electrical and window seals, has new headliner and new seat covers.
The guy wants $800 and the car is in southern Oklahoma. Any interest?
