87 240 Running Very Rich and Idling Very High 200 1987

My 1987 240 with 109,000 miles has a problem of idling very high, about 2000 to 3000 rpm and very erratic. It seems to be when it is warm. It also seems to be running very rich, black smoke coming from exhaust. I have cleaned the throttle body, replaced the air mass meter, replaced the idle air control valve, replaced the oxygen sensor, changed the computer with no help to the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
