Goodyear Wingfoot Tire Marks ? 700

I got a tire from the junkyard and let it mount and balance
in a tire shop. (Total 25 $)
>Goodyear Wingfoot 195/60 x 15
There was a UPC label on the tire. Since I could not find
any other mark (red or yellow), I thought that UPC label
should be at the valve steem. I told so the mech.
At the balancing it turns out, that directly opposite of the valvesteem
the required balance weight is 200 , thats 2.oo grams - right.
Pretty much, I think.
So now I'm not sure, is that UPC code related in any way to the balancing,
or should it be opposite of the valve or what?
Maybe its just a coincidence and the mark was washed off already.

Question: Does anybody know if there is any meaning of
that UPC label on Goodyear Wingfoot tires?
TIA
