put guaranteed to pass in tank, and drove to hempstead and back, failed by about 200 ppm on nox, both lo and hi speed. it is egr, timing, or cat. i know it is not egr, because this car has none, and it had a new cat in 96. how do i diagnose a faulty cat? please help, i have 15 days to get it fixed...
