Anybody tried the K-Mac 240 Caster/Camber Kit? 200


Hey,

Pretty much spelled like it sounds. I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the K-Mac Caster/Camber adjustment kit for 240s. It's available from a company in Oz:

http://www.k-mac.com.au/ Then click "products" then "volvo".

It replaces the top strut mount bearing assembly, and supposedly allows for caster adjust and increased camber adjust. My guess is that it allows the strut top rod to move in any direction within the confines of the top bearing assembly.

Pricey, but worth it (IMO) if it works (caster adjust is often necessary to preven/correct pulling conditions). This non-adjustable suspension bit is
one of my biggest beefs about modern cars (I'll avoid my extended McPherson strut rant here, and will only say that MS is ludicrous in a RWD car where transverse engine mounting is not required.) My kingdom for a pair of double A-arms.
