Major headache with 92 740.

I have a 92 745T that I had a slight overheat on - was able to save it with Bar's Leak.

All seemed well. Then the radiator blew. Thank God I was just idling in the drive.

I would say fix it - but make sure that you exchange or really watch the radiator.

Never tighten the hose to stop what would appear to be an upper hose leak (unless you are prepared the plastic hose connector to break).

If you have the two small coolant hoses coming off of the oil filter mounting base, change them out if they are the original. Mine burst, and caused me the initial problem.

Good luck
