Pop the grill off and take a real good look at the condensor fins. Allof those little tiny rocks and bug carcases wedged way in there are blockage. Grab a dental pick and a very small flat screwdriver, pull up a chair and spend an hour or two getting all of the restriction out and all of the fins straight.
This will make a difference
