A/C Temp? & Code 2-3-1? 200 1989

What should the A/C temperature be inside cranking while cruising in a 245?

I'm getting around 50-55 degrees at best after recharging. The mechanic used "Freeze 12" I'm not so sure...

I also have code 2-3-1 showing up, compensation for lean/rich fuel mixture at cruise. She's driving really well compared to when I got her after doing tons of maintenance/replacement of filters and some parts. I got this code after replacing the fuel pressure regulator with a used unit. This fixed my sluggish start problem I was having. Now I do not know what to do to fix this. I adjusted the throttle linkage/cable but it wasn't really off. The TPS was off just a bit and I fixed that today as well.

Now I only have three episodes of stalling when the engine is really cold. It starts quickly, then loses power after 5 seconds. This happens X 3. Then it runs/starts fine. I thought fuel pump check valve from reading FAQ. No one here seemed to know. Any thoughts? Thanks.
