where to get the flange and gasket for cat from fp groton? 200

Gonna return a cat (w/o hole for 02 sensor on cat- part #554-62-03) for one that has a hole on cat (part #554-62-83) from fp groton and now my mechanic needs the flange and gasket for it. Can I get both the gasket and flange for my 1989 240GL from the dealer or can I get that only from fp groton? Also, how long before the 02 sensor needs replacement since I already failed my emissions but the mechanic said that it is still good? Thanks for the help.
